These volunteers have indicated that their desire is to help Spinone, so that none will be put to sleep again because of lack of response (usually noted on this site as "no longer available"). As none of the clubs any longer require health certifications for breeders, there will be more and more Spinone bred and "dumped".		 17 18 NEW JERSEY
